The location of the hotel is superb, directly across from the main train station. This makes it extremely convenient for travelers arriving or departing by train. most of the famous sights are within a short 15-minute walk from the hotel, allowing guests to easily explore the city on foot. The staff at the hotel is also very friendly and helpful, with good English speaking skills.
One small drawback is that there is a footpath near the entrance of the hotel that can sometimes be blocked, causing slight inconvenience for guests entering or exiting the premises.

Convenient location across from train station. Early check-in and baggage storage available. Clean, charming rooms with antique furniture and rooftop views. Helpful staff provided maps and information. Breakfast served at nearby cafe.

The location was superb, opposite the train station and close to all attractions. The service and staff were really good, arranged museum visits and providing a personal butler-like experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was a short walk away but worth it, with friendly staff and excellent service.

The hotel is located just across the train station, which was very convenient for us. We loved our room with the balcony that had amazing views of the duomo. The room had good space and was equipped with hot drinks. Breakfast was great too, with attention to detail and a variety of options available.

The hotel is really close to the train station, just a short walk away. The location is directly across the street from the train station, making it very convenient for transportation. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. There are many great restaurants nearby.
